Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including account details such as your email address, name, profile image, workspace membership, support messages, and information you submit through the GENGEN dashboard, playground, API Explorer, or public API.

When you use Google sign-in, Supabase Auth and Google may provide us with basic account information such as your email address, name, profile image, and authentication identifiers. We use this information to create and secure your GENGEN account.

We collect API usage data such as API key metadata, request timestamps, endpoint names, model selections, task identifiers, usage totals, balance activity, audit logs, and error metadata. This helps us operate the service, meter usage, detect abuse, and provide support.

If you submit prompts, images, video, audio, asset groups, Real-Person verification sessions, or generated outputs, we process that content to provide the requested GENGEN API features. Some requests are processed by third-party infrastructure and model providers, including Supabase, Vercel, BytePlus, and storage or delivery providers used to operate the service.

We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, and cookie or session identifiers. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation.

If you accept optional analytics and advertising cookies, we collect product usage, campaign, and conversion information such as pages visited, page URLs, device and browser information, TikTok click identifiers, registration and checkout events, purchase value and currency, and hashed account identifiers. We use this information to understand product usage and measure and improve advertising campaigns.

We use personal information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve GENGEN; authenticate users; provide the API dashboard, playground, docs, API Explorer, and admin workflows; process API requests; meter usage; reconcile provider billing; respond to support requests; and send technical or administrative notices.

Under the marketing preference accepted when you register, we use your account email address and basic profile information to send product updates, tutorials, announcements, surveys, and occasional promotional offers. We record subscription, unsubscribe, suppression, and delivery synchronization state so that your preference is respected.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, improve product quality, and plan capacity. We do not use your submitted generation content to advertise to you.

We may process Real-Person verification data only to provide the requested verification and asset features. We do not use face or liveness data for advertising.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand visits and navigation across GENGEN. We do not include API keys, prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, or account email addresses in Firebase page-view events.

With your permission, we use TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API to measure whether advertising leads to registration, checkout, or purchase. Browser and server event copies may share an event identifier so TikTok can deduplicate them.

We share information with service providers who help us operate GENGEN, including authentication, hosting, database, storage, analytics, security, billing reconciliation, and AI or media processing providers.

We use Resend to manage marketing contacts, subscription Topics and Segments, broadcast delivery, unsubscribe requests, and email suppression events. We provide Resend with the email address and, where available, the name needed to deliver and personalize these communications.

If you accept optional analytics and advertising cookies, we share website usage and measurement data with Google Analytics for Firebase and advertising measurement data with TikTok. Email addresses and internal account identifiers are normalized and hashed with SHA-256 before they are included in TikTok advertising events. We do not send phone numbers for this integration.

We may share information when required by law, legal process, or government request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sprout Technologies Inc., our users, or others; to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or policy violations; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide GENGEN, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and preserve accurate usage and audit records.

You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us at team@sprout.place. We will process deletion requests subject to legal, security, billing, anti-fraud, and backup retention requirements.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Removing or blocking cookies may affect authentication and core service functionality.

Optional Firebase analytics and TikTok advertising measurement are disabled until you accept them. You can reject them or change your choice at any time using the analytics and advertising privacy choices control on this page. Rejecting optional measurement cookies does not disable authentication or core service features.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through your GENGEN email preferences or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. This does not stop account, billing, security, or other required service communications.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to object to or restrict processing.

Sprout Technologies Inc. is based in the United States. If you access GENGEN from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

GENGEN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at team@sprout.place.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where required.
