Terms of Service

GENGEN provides an API dashboard, playground, documentation, API Explorer, asset management, and related tools for working with supported generation and media-processing APIs. You are responsible for your use of the service and for all activity under your account, workspace, and API keys.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and notify us promptly if you believe your account or keys have been compromised.

You may not use GENGEN to violate law, infringe rights, abuse or disrupt our systems or third-party systems, bypass rate limits or access controls, reverse engineer non-public service components, harvest data without consent, transmit malware, or submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

You may not use GENGEN to generate, process, or distribute content in a way that violates applicable laws, provider policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of any third party. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.

We may issue API keys, credentials, balances, quotas, rate limits, or access permissions. We may revoke, rotate, limit, suspend, or disable API keys or access when needed to protect the service, enforce these Terms, respond to security risk, or comply with law or provider requirements.

Usage records, metering, task logs, asset records, balances, and audit logs may be used to operate the service, calculate charges where applicable, reconcile provider costs, and investigate abuse or errors.

GENGEN relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, database, storage, model execution, media processing, billing reconciliation, and related infrastructure. Your use of features powered by third parties may also be subject to their terms, policies, limits, and availability.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, including their availability, output quality, policy decisions, or processing delays.

You retain rights you have in prompts, files, assets, and other content you submit to GENGEN. You grant us the rights necessary to host, transmit, process, store, display, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the service, comply with law, enforce these Terms, and maintain security.

Generated outputs may be influenced by third-party models and provider behavior. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Some GENGEN features may require balances, paid access, or administrator approval. We may change availability, pricing, quotas, redemption rules, and feature access from time to time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of GENGEN at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

GENGEN, gengen.farm, the dashboard, docs, user interface, software, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Sprout Technologies Inc. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from GENGEN software or materials except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

GENGEN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprout Technologies Inc. and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, business opportunity, or API availability, arising from or related to your use of GENGEN.

We may suspend or terminate your account, workspace, API keys, or access to GENGEN if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts owed where applicable, or use the service in a way that may harm us, our users, or third-party providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of GENGEN after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.
